Thin, see-through. Far from an OEM or even an adequate Miele filter. They have no activated charcoal packaging at all. You can achieve the same result by cutting the HVAC filter out of paper.

Customer service is amazing. However, this is not an OEM filter replacement. It has NO layer of activated carbon to neutralize and absorb odors and smoke. The figures do not show the underside where this layer is located. If I had known that, I would not have ordered.

I like the cost of 3 packs as it allows me to change the Hepa filter every 3 or 4 months for the health of the Miele vacuum cleaner and the freshness of the exhaust air. I write the start date on the filter (plastic edge) with a wash pen and know that it needs to be changed after 3-4 months.

They work well in my Miele Marin. They fit perfectly and the materials feel just as original. I've noticed that my original Miele activated carbon filters filter out the usual musty vacuum cleaner smell, but this one doesn't. No big deal and good value here.

Just received and tried and so far so good. They fit exactly like Miele's original Hepa filter and I haven't noticed any difference in suction power. I think it was a good buy considering how much cheaper they are than Miele filters. I will be getting more of these in the future when I need to replace the HEPA filter on my Miele Complete C3.

Not compatible with Miele Classic C1 with which it was compatible. Not only does it not fit, these filters cannot be compared to Miele HEPA filters, which also have a sticker that tells you when the filter is ready and needs to be replaced. You get what you pay for. Let's get back to Miele. What a shameful waste of time and money.

Original Miele filters are expensive. My experience with original Miele activated carbon filters is that they clog up quickly. The activated carbon in the original filters becomes useless after a single use if there is pet hair on the carpet. I am very satisfied with the quality and performance of this secondary filter. Sometimes I put a few drops of aromatic oil in the filter to freshen up the room.

Miele has a carbon filter attached to a paper filter while VEVA3 only has a paper filter. What does that mean? Well, the activated carbon filter is very good at neutralizing odors, so this element has completely disappeared. You only have one filter area. After holding up my car last week I took a closer look at my 5 year old Original Miele Hepa filter. The side I could see looked good, but when I pulled it out, TERRIBLE😱. While I knew that replacing this filter would extend the life of this incredible purifier, I put this purchase on hold due to the high price. The Veva savings package is as high quality as Miele, but not at a high price. I'm glad I can change it more often.
