The support was great, they were always willing (and able)to help us out if we had any questions or concerns! We used them as our agent when booking hotels in Europe through Booking Directed Tours- which saved tons off what it would have cost otherwise!! They also helped coordinate tours/cruises between different companies so that all expenses could be included within one invoice rather than multiple invoices from each individual provider - this made life much easier since I am not good at math

ViaTour offers a great webinar series that helps me create my own custom tours, which allows me to connect with my clients more efficiently. It's also easy to share my tours with others via their social media features. There isn't much I dislike about ViaTour. They have made every effort to ensure that we are successful and growing in our businesses. The support team has been very helpful when it comes to training.
