Either too sensitive or won't stop barking. He says other dogs barking doesn't affect this, but that's not true. I have 2 puppies and if the one with the collar isn't barking and the other pup barks, he's still barking at the one with the collar. It still works on the lowest settings. Disinformation is what it is. I absolutely cannot recommend this product! I am not satisfied with this item! Inexpensive yes! Absolutely not effective! Terrible and waste of money! Please avoid this article!
