I bought this phone mount for my iPhone XMax. My phone has a thin case. My car is a Nissan Pathfinder and the bracket is mounted to the left of the steering wheel in a round air vent next to the driver's door. The iPhone XMax is heavier than the smaller phone and the air vent mount can be unstable. I am pleased to report that the Vicseed mount works great with the iPhone Xmax.
