I have another knife like this one and it must be 20 years old. Use it every day. I thought it might be ending so I bought another one although the first one is still good. I just didn't want to do without it anymore!

Super sharp. This particular knife even outperformed the more expensive Pioneer Woman paring knife. The ergonomics of this knife are excellent. This knife is great for cutting boards or carving by hand. I especially like using it with peppers.

Use it every day. It always stays sharp and the great thing (besides being useful) is the red pen! I can't tell you how many small black handle knives I can't find. I use them in the garden and unfortunately many of them are still out there somewhere!

I also have their 8" chef's knife and both are good knives! They may not be considered PREMUIM knives but they are good cutlery and much less expensive than anything the knife guru has to offer. The quality of the steel used is good enough to keep the blade sharp There are indeed better quality steel knives out there but you should compare the price I really like their line.

It's a small knife so I can't say it fits my large hands very well, but it's sharp enough that I can hold it straight without me trying too hard. I now use it for most of my haircuts.

I also have their 8 inch chef's knife and both are good knives! knife gurus. The quality of steel used is good enough to take and hold the edge. Although higher quality steel knives are available, you should compare the price. I really like her line.
