I like this paring knife

I like this paring knife. The painting looked like it was cheap but let me tell you it is NOT cheap. The grip is textured and won't slip when hands are wet. The blade takes a long time to sharpen. I use steel on mine before putting it back in the knife block.

They are very sharp and seem to hold their edges.

They are very sharp and hold edges well. I don't like the slim design and the difficulty of not knowing if the blade is up or down in your hand. Other blades can be easily distinguished by picking them up or touching them, but not these.

First class knife at a great price. Blade shape and length are ideal for .

Top quality knife at a great price. The shape and length of the blade is ideal for home use, cutting food, cheese, peeling, etc. The handle circumference is smaller compared to some knives, like the Mundial Spear Point paring knife, but I prefer the smaller handle. Great grip texture for wet hands.
