Doesn't work in turntables and accessories

Was looking forward to my delivery today only to find the lectern was defective. Attempted troubleshooting suggestions through order. Nothing. The guide didn't include a troubleshooting guide. The box it came in was damaged because it was damaged. seal was broken. Big disappointment
