Very easy to install, lightweight and economical. If you are looking for a DVD player wall rack for a wall mounted TV look no further, I've already checked them all out, this is what you need to click on! Well built and relatively easy to install. I'm calling for two reasons: - The drywall anchors that came with it don't have a rim so they were just poked through the wall. Very good mount but the only thing is you can place it next to something like stacks or next to cable outlet, TV mount etc. Not far less than 4 inches, because once the metal bracket is in place, you have enough room to add a plastic overlay to the top and bottom. It doesn't snap directly into place, so just leave it at least 4 inches away from what you're installing. due to some negative reviews i was hesitant to buy this one. I'm glad I didn't listen to them! For very little money I got a great cable box wall mount in my bedroom. It's simple, durable and easy to attach to the wall. I've seen several mounts that cost 6x this price and I can't imagine them performing any better. I am using a bracket to mount a dish network hopper receiver and dvd player. He's done a great job in that direction. The arms are adjustable side-to-side to fit properly under the receiver and include a strap for attaching components to the arms. I bought a Uverse receiver like this for a hanging TV. Didn't want to buy the more expensive one as it was only in our master and not in the games room or tv in the family room.
