I bought these monitors for use in the home office and also for my photography hobby. My goal is to be able to switch between laptops and if possible not to use a dock for each laptop. I use an UpLift table with a stand for two monitors. Having these monitors without stands and the right connection cables saved me money and money. I have a new M1 Max Apple 16-inch MacBook Pro and while this screen is very good, it's not as versatile as I was hoping. On the plus side, the screen is huge (32-inch 4K resolution) and the ability to rotate the screen between landscape and portrait is great. UPDATE 8/22/11 I received a refurbished VP2768a through the RMA process. It is ViewSonic's policy to only replace a device with a new one if an error is reported within the first 30 days of purchase. I saw that another customer had an issue with a yellow cast on one of the screens. I color calibrated both monitors with the Spyder 4 Pro. You can't solve a tonal problem with color profiles or fine tuning. This is due to the LEDs used. Low quality in my opinion as whiter LEDs are more expensive to manufacture. Update 10/12/2022: After checking the model on the manufacturer's website, I found that the device has a really good manufacturer's guarantee. Color performance is definitely better than the display it replaced, although it's definitely more yellow straight out of the box. I calibrated it several times using DisplayCAL and ended up getting more neutral white and contrast to match my laptop's internal display. However, even at 100%, the display is significantly darker than expected. This monitor does not support USB-C display with Macbook Pro 2019. You need to connect the monitor's display port to the Mac's USB-C port. So disappointed I wasted another USB-C on my laptop. I'm an artist/web designer with a hobby of photography and I care a lot about color accuracy, which is why I bought this monitor. I have bought this double set from Revain twice. When the monitors first arrived, one was DOA - wouldn't turn on. The second time the monitors worked twice within a week. Unfortunately, one of the monitors developed vertical pixel lines and had to be returned. Image quality (and color reproduction) was good while it lasted, but the monitors have real quality control issues.

I originally looked at the Benq SW270C (1440p) although I wanted a 4k resolution as I also shoot video. The 4k version of this monitor (SW271C) was about twice as expensive. Then I found out that these monitors don't support 10-bit color. I continued my research and finally came across the Viewsonic VP2786-4K. It was true 10-bit color with a cool dial to use as a colorimeter and 4K resolution. About $200 more than the 1440p Benq SW and about $500-600 less than the comparable 4K Benq SW…

I just added this to match my other same size. You really can't go wrong with Viewsonic graphics monitors. That's my feedback.

Previously I had to return two monitors because they just didn't work with my new PC or Mac. This worked immediately as expected. The picture quality is excellent. thin edges. great color I should have gone for the ViewSonic, these were my last few monitors and they were great too.

A superb computer monitor in every respect. The painting is glossy, of solid construction, and has a base with many height and tilt adjustments.

I use these monitors for my home office. I like them a lot, especially for the price. They're not great for gaming or watching high-definition video, but they're great for the home office.

I was trying to build my own computer and bought this monitor to work with. I couldn't turn on the computer until I realized that the problem wasn't with the computer, it was that neither of the two DisplayPort connectors on the back of the monitor were working. I bought a replacement cable to see if there was a problem with the cable that came with the monitor, but the replacement cable didn't work either. The picture is very clear and sharp. However, I only gave it 3 stars because the power button is behind the screen on the right side, which is awkward and difficult to use due to its position. This is a design flaw.

One of the monitors broke, I don't know if it was due to shipping or if it was made defective. However, if you are waiting for a refund, keep up to date with new monitors and their quality.

I mainly use it for productivity, IE davinci resolve, indesign, music software etc and it's great for that, I don't play video games but the ones I have on steam work fine with the resolution but I can't say anything about shooters. or competitive games
