This item came without darts, tips and mounting screws. Very disappointed as it was a 50th birthday gift and we were researching which set of electric darts gave the best results. When there are 100 to choose from

Looks like a good product but no step-by-step instructions are supplied. Therefore, from a practical point of view, I cannot use it satisfactorily. I'm disappointed at the moment.

I've used the board 5 times and couldn't get a single dart to stay on the board. They poop as soon as it hits. Worst board I have ever used and we play darts a lot. My $20 board we had 10 years ago performed 80% better than this one. Don't waste your money. The display is confusing and shows a series of numbers but doesn't seem to add up your points which is why we wanted this display in the first place!

This dartboard is perfect for endless family fun! The game board is easy to use and has many pre-programmed games. It also has many games where you can choose different variations of these games. I recommend purchasing extra sets of darts, flywheels and tips (as anyone who's ever played soft tip darts knows). Also, follow "Dart Soft Tip 101" - when removing the dart from the board, rotate the dart clockwise while gently pulling on the dart. For those who complain that darts never "stick", I…

Update: 10/12/21 Excellent customer service. We contacted the seller and a replacement was sent as soon as the dartboard was in stock. Hope this one lasts! Dartstock VERY good (actually TOO good) ! BE VERY CAREFUL to "twist" clockwise when picking up arrows! These things really stay there. For now I'm fine with that as I'd rather have them stick too hard than "jump" ones that don't stick at all. Pulling out the darts takes a little getting used to.
