Great for tracking room views and daily check-ins

We have used this product at many of our properties (more than 30) across several cities which allows us to keep track of all visits we make as well as being able pull reports with great ease! The system does not allow you access if your computer crashes or freezes because it relies too heavily off Microsoft Excel so be aware that when using some features there can easily crash out from time to time!! Also sometimes certain fields don't load correctly but once everything loads back up again its

Great for automating customer engagement process and tracking in real time

The most useful thing about this app was that it helped us to get more leads from our website by providing an easy way of adding lead forms directly into Salesforce or Hubspot campaigns as well which we could track easily using their dashboard! It also allowed me with ease access my CRM through its own portal so i can see all tasks related projects assigned etc., without having any other tool installed separately like Zapier does (which would have been better if they had used those).
