We have used this product at many of our properties (more than 30) across several cities which allows us to keep track of all visits we make as well as being able pull reports with great ease! The system does not allow you access if your computer crashes or freezes because it relies too heavily off Microsoft Excel so be aware that when using some features there can easily crash out from time to time!! Also sometimes certain fields don't load correctly but once everything loads back up again its fine - just depends how long things take to upload/load initially depending upon what kind of traffic they're having during peak hours vs nonpeak times etc..
