So I tore my upper bicep which caused pain to radiate into my shoulder. The compression of this bandage is perfect! Breathes well in the Texas heat and is by far the most comfortable I have! My only complaint was that the Velcro on the inside of my arm was chafing/scratching my side and armpit area, but I put some tape on the scratchy parts and I was done!

I've dislocated both shoulders a few times so I needed something that would work and help. I tried the cheap one before and ended up sending it back. It's expensive, but it doesn't matter as it actually works. If you have shoulder pain, impingement, an AC sprain, or rotator cuff issues, then this brace is for you. Plus, it fits in a larger hand than usual. I'm over 17 inches and it fits perfectly.

Excellent product which noticeably helps my wife with her shoulder and neck pain. Your measurements according to the table given when ordering were "between" two sizes. We went for the larger size but with the high quality of this product it could do with the next size down. Check your measurements before ordering and if you make a mistake with the smaller side you can always return it. Very good product and it works.

We measured shoulder length and shoulder distance and got a size XL, it's just a very snug fit. The strap that wraps around the torso is also tight, this strap should be longer for men. I would recommend going up a size when ordering if you have some muscle mass. XXL would probably fit but we decided to return it and not order again.
