So Far So Good on Tires

This tire is a huge improvement over my worn out Kenda. I mostly ride on loose sand and gravel, which admittedly isn't a strong suit for this tire. I like it a lot, better than my old tires so I'm happy. I usually try to avoid mud, but I'm sure I'll see better traction when avoiding isn't an option.

Pros
  • Fit: Universal

Impressively persistent! Nice upgrade for my Trek

The stock Bontrager XR1 tires that came with my Trek Marlin looked terribly worn so it was time to replace/upgrade them. SPECIFICATIONS Vittoria Mota 19" x 2.35" tire weighs 1.05 kg. It's a little heavier than the 2.2-inch tires they replaced, but still quite reasonable overall. MOUNTING New tires are fairly easy to mount. I used tire levers, but only to pull the last piece of bead into the wheel. was quick and painless PERFORMANCE I have yet to test this tire a bit more but my first impression

Pros
  • Whether you ride fast or slow you can count on Mota to give you the grip you're looking for! With Mota you know your tire will get stuck if it hits the mud! Ride with confidence with Vittoria Mota.

Great Rear Tire - Sport

I've only had three or four rides on this tire so I can't speak to durability but I can say it soaked up everything I threw at it. Roots, rocks, dirt, loose and even hard filling - this tire seems to do it all. It can be a little aggressive on the front tire in the conditions/terrain I ride, so I should consider swapping out my front tire for a grippier one. I think this is an amazing rear tire. She definitely looks like it. At first I was concerned that this would be an enduro tire but theโ€ฆ

Pros
  • DH's dirtiest trails inspired the Mota tire. Designed for use on professionally maintained trails, these lugs cut into soft terrain to provide premium traction on the slickest of surfaces.
Cons
  • I'll add later
