These shoes are very small and very uncomfortable. The picture is misleading because they don't show the clip and it's not a standard clip found on studio bikes like in Soul Cycle. I'm a size 7 and 7 fits like a 5. Skip this one. I missed the return window and now I'm stuck with these pieces of junk.

I've only worn them once so far, I've had SPD pedals and bought conversion cleats, they didn't work well, they're difficult to put in and take out and also very hard to take more than a few steps going I've bought some SPD-SL pedals and cleats and will install them when they arrive and maybe update this post, but so far the shoes themselves are great.
