I like how easy it was to use, my vet loves being able to share his notes with me from anywhere in real time! The only thing i dislike about this program so far has been some of their recent updates are not well thought out or user friendly at all (ie sending reminders by email). The ability to create reminders, share reports with clients and have access to all of my notes from any computer via mobile app was great! I did not like how they were trying to make more money by adding extra features without considering their customers needs first. They also took away some important tools (such as sending emails directly to patients) which made it extremely difficult for me to keep track of patient information. I love how simple it makes keeping up with clients, appointments & billing easier! It also has great features like client portals which allow you to keep in touch w/ patients remotely while they're outside of clinic hours or if there's no one else available during business hrs (like me) - so much better than sending sms reminders!!
