Awesome bang for the buck!

Very impressed! I had an old (1990's) Miller Spectrum that was stolen. I don't use a plasma cutter that often, so I decided to try the ubiquitous "Cut 50". This Maxine is sold under many brand names. Everything is very similar except for the case etc. This little gem cuts better than my old Miller and is half the size and weight. As usual, the instructions are poorly translated and some accessories are a joke (combined wire brush - slag hammer looks like a child's toy). Otherwise it's a great…

Ideal for cutting sheet metal and thin sheet metal

My friend and I bought this plasma cutter because it was cheaper than professional sheet metal stamping. The downside is that there is no plug on the power cord as you have to buy it separately and install it yourself (blue is neutral, brown is hot, yellow with a green stripe is ground). It wasn't a problem for us. The pros are that this machine is a great entry-level torch for self-teaching plasma cutting, has versatile and easy-to-access CUT-50 torch tips, and works great with sheet metal up…

Requires grip Great car

I saw the same model with a plastic grip for 196.00 plus shipping from another seller. It would be the best option. We immediately added a handle. You need to work out the air regulator bracket and wiring, you need to add a heavy duty commercial connector. I had to design better breakers for the outlet it's connected to and replace the breaker on my compressor as it makes your compressor run hard if you use it frequently. and we have it at 24 amps and it runs like clockwork, it takes some…

The machine is not of high quality - only enough for one time.

So I was really excited to try one of these. I was on the edge of what to expect so thought it might be worth a try since the price is so low. So comes the first. He worked 15 minutes on 1/8 inch steel. Then it just stopped working. The power is on, the airflow is normal, but there is no arcing. So I entered a refund and they offered to send me a new one. A new one has arrived. Connected these. It worked much better than the first. But that was only enough for 25 minutes of use over 2 days. 3rd
