There was a previous question/response that this unit puts out stereo sound with the reply "Yes, our capture cards support stereo sound". Unless I missed something. On my Windows 10 computer, this capture card only has one audio channel. So it takes a stereo input and flattens it into a mono output. I've also verified this with some speaker test files, which I know work independently when playing right and left speakers locally.

If you're trying to stream Nintendo Switch like me, don't forget to buy a cable to connect it. What this product fails to say, it doesn't have!

I would never have believed it if I hadn't seen it. This little device plugged into my USB socket and I connected my Blu-ray DVD player to it with an HDMI cable and it works great. I use the free OSB Studio software and it captures my video at 850 x 480 30fps. This inexpensive device outperforms the expensive stuff and does its job well enough that I can convert my old Blu-ray movies that didn't come with a digital copy. I have converted about 20 movies so far and this is an amazing device.

I've spent too much money on other video capture devices that just don't meet my needs or only work with the software that came with them. Plug it in and it works fine. At these prices this item is one of those items that should be purchased separately as a replacement item. Like most people, I've searched. Finally found out and used.
