The range isn't very good. I have to be practically standing by the door/trunk for the buttons to work and sometimes it takes a few nudges for them to work.

Great for the price easy to program part of the car key fob but can't be used to start until I program it at the dealer or locksmith so be prepared for that too this price

What can I say, it works as advertised. When I got it I cut the key and programmed it myself with my other two Ford keys. I use it as my main car key and have had no problems with it.

This key fob broke before I put the battery in. Now we fasten with a rubber band. I was in dire need of a keychain so I didn't send that crap back. You get what you pay for. I didn't want to order through a dealer, I tried to cut down and that's what happened. Revain, please make/next time better/stronger/please in the future.

I bought this as an 'extra key' for my 2010 Fusion. I took the key to the local hardware store to have it cut. It worked well. I was able to open/lock the driver's door with the key. I went home and read the manual again. I have a programming process. I went through the steps at least 3 times. The button has not been programmed. The car would not start, the doors would not close/unlock.

After some investment in trimming and programming, at some point during normal use the key fob popped open and the floating battery board fell out and is now lost. cheap plastic cap. I have 2 of these and the second one sometimes opens when the key is turned. They need to correct their design. the rest of the function is ok. I found and ordered several OEM key fobs from another site to replace the 2 I bought here. That probably brings me to the dealer cost level for 2 keys. Skip this product

I took this key to a professional for programming. He could only get him to start the car. The remote control cannot lock/unlock doors or turn the alarm on/off. The key was cut off, so it's basically a $100 ignition key (key + programming fee), which isn't very convenient. The programmer said that the key was broken, he tried several times to get it to work. bought a second key. A few days after spending $130 to make the key and program the transponder, I dropped the key from the height of my pocket. The key case fell apart. The tiny transponder chip was gone and I was stuck because without the transponder chip I couldn't start the car.
