Excellent product for increasing efficiency and improving service

I love that my call recordings are available at all times to check how effective our calls have been - this is so important in customer retention! The system can be very slow when recording multiple customers simultaneously; it's hard sometimes knowing which of your clients' files should automatically play next after one finishes speaking (and before another starts). We also use VoX Communications with VOIP phones within each client area but there isn't any integration between them here either

  • I love the system's integration and the support we have from the client and their customer support is very very effective
Cons
  • I'd like to be a customer of the system with the integration that is on the system but unfortunately we're a very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very
