🔥 Enhanced Performance Volant 19873 Cool Air Intake Kit Review

Excellent air intake. Like it a lot . I've been using Volante in all of our cars and off-road toys since 2008. I wish the lid was tighter on the filter. He once had a small loop. Picky and miserable but something I noticed. Otherwise it's great.

Some equipment was missing, so it was quite difficult to install. I think if I did some more research I might be able to buy a K&N cold air intake. This one looks cleaner but barely fits into storage. It seems to just about release one of my power steering lines, hopefully it won't cause any problems in the future.

This air intake is complete junk! Total garbage. It's not worth $50 let alone $280! The quality is rubbish, it's thin and goes well with what fits and the finish is crap and it was missing the battery case, clips and filter! I will never buy Volante again! Usage of S&B and AFE where they are. Quality and the same price and it doesn't look like Stevie Wonder made it.

Not sure what makes this work so well since it replaced another aftermarket air intake, but the difference can be easily felt in the fit of the pants. My 2000 F-350 pulls harder and accelerates smoother. I haven't towed yet, but I've driven a few Mustangs with a tuner, exhaust, and this intake. Pretty good for a 7800 lb truck! You can't go wrong with this accessory.

Those of you who do aftermarket installations on your vehicles know that most 'just fit' replacement parts require some sort of modification/adjustment/bending/cutting etc, quite the opposite in fact a straight line. This Valance 19873 CAI was a pleasant surprise as it was quick and easy to install. All components are OE matched to bolt holes and overall this is a great product.
