I was excited about this device at first and when it finally arrived I saw the cheap quality of the switch, phone holder and mount I had Right, the ball joint for the arm had already snapped and broke in two months or less.

Overall very satisfied. Works as intended and makes good money. The incoming wires are in a strange place, but it works. But the phone mount was rubbish. Not easy to open and press the sleep/wake button when the phone was inside.

In general the idea and the kit are excellent. Basically had to throw away the owner's manual in my 2021 JTD. One of the switches does not light up. I have not contacted MFG yet. The coax harness should be about 12 inches long so it can be hidden. As long as it works as designed and the dimmer works. Let's see how long the on/off touch button lasts. u

This is a fantastic product, especially for the price! No need to run cables through the dash and firewall like other products, just lower the windshield and run it through the channel under the window. The instructions were very clear and colorful. The only thing that is a little annoying is the on/off touch switch. When driving at night, it's easy to press this switch to turn off the light.
