My cat can pull her arm out of the harness but the rest of her body is still securely in place. I took her for a walk the other day and she thought it was ok although it seems tight. Cats generally don't like being in harnesses, so I recommend leaving her around the harness for a few days and then only letting her wear the harness before taking her for a walk. The material of the straps could be better, on hot days it looks like it will cause sweat and itching.

Wrong size? But nicely done. My 11 lb dog SHOULD be able to wear a size small given her measurements (9.5" neck, 15" chest) but the two ends didn't even reach around her! I found one of these harnesses at a local store. I thought I'd try. I have a mini dachshund and she can do it with her shoulders and slip out of any harness I put on her.
