ZERO STARS WOULD BE BETTER

This is rubbish! The bottom seam came undone and diesel spilled onto my new truck and driveway. They CLAIM that it passes a 15-point quality test, that they use "the highest quality virgin high-density polyethylene" with "30% more material" and that this pitcher "stands up to the roughest handling". Well my rudest treatment was when I was sitting in a shed under a shed. He's a little over a year old. There is no warranty contact information anywhere on Revain.

. e85 in my STI and this thing drinks it like there's no tomorrow

I use e85 in my STI and this thing drinks it like there's no tomorrow. I fill up on those two baddies and top it off with a jug once it's down to half a tank. For the people who said it was leaking due to the location of the vent, they were right until I got it right. When filling your vehicles with these canisters, unscrew the breather cap slightly, but do not remove it completely. This will help eliminate most of the leak. Great products at a good price

Buy with caution! suitable for transferring and lubricating fuel

These are generally excellent fuel cans and come in a variety of colors to suit your fuel needs. If you buy them directly from VP Fuels, Revain or another reputable supplier, they will be of good quality and free from defects. However, I've recently found a few vendors on Revain who are selling what must have been a 'second' fuel jug. The corners were very thin, wrinkled easily and, more importantly, the fuel vent on the handle was improperly shaped and didn't allow for ventilation. All in all…

Pros
  • Gasoline Can
Cons
  • Quality

3 Year Update: Still using these cans with no sign of wear or failure! BTW, these pitchers easily hold 6 gallons. We used those gas cans from the big department stores and spilled gas everywhere while we were fueling our mowers. VP Motorsport's pitcher is a big improvement over banks with government-mandated security features that don't work. We screwed a 3/4" PVC threaded nipple into the hole above, then added a threaded elbow and another threaded nipple as shown in the pictures. The screw cap

Hope They Don't Leak

These were purchased for use as generator gas during Florida hurricane season. i hate the government mandatory crappy gas canisters that take 15 minutes to pour 5 gallons. So far I'm not a big fan of these pitchers. You are very thin. I've tested them for leaks with water and know the floors don't leak. I hope nothing changes with the gas. I immediately ordered 2 green and 2 silver. Two days later I received the lilac alone, without a box, with a shipping label wrapped around the handle. The…
