Disappointing is good for educational electronic toys

This tool box and tools are disappointing. There is no screwdriver, but there should be one. The wrench is too thick and difficult to use, and the hammer doesn't even look like a hammer (and also unnecessarily clunky - compared, for example, to Black and Decker's plastic tools, which are much more realistic and easier to use). ). The drill is difficult to use. The "nails”, which are not like nails, penetrate the holes almost completely, so there is no point in hammering them. Just two screws…

Pros
  • Good product for its price
Cons
  • Only available in black

The drill is locked. Do not buy this item.

Now I understand that most of the reviews here are written by people who have never seen the toy in action. It was a birthday present for a 3 year old. He opened it tonight and immediately started playing with it. The colors were attractive and the music caught his attention first. He quickly lost interest as the drill continued to jam. When the trigger is pulled, the slide moves back far enough to block the drill's trigger. The five-year-old brother faced the same problem, became frustrated…

Drill doesn't work - poorly designed - waste of money.

The real joy for me when I wanted to buy this drill was the drill as my son always tries to use my cordless drill when I'm not watching him. I thought I'd buy him his own. The drill is so poorly made that you have to pull the trigger very carefully, and when you press the switch that moves the internal mechanism from forward to reverse, it partially works. So to drill through a screw you need to hold or glue the forward/reverse slide button and then use your other hand to gently, but not…

This was a hit with my 3 year old nephew

This was for my nephew who turned 3 yesterday and loved it straight away. He's so cute and very smart - the first thing he said was "I'm going to help dad fix the car with my red drill and toolbox." I'm not even joking, he's just talking like that and no one has told him the details, he's probably used to seeing my brother working around the house. So it was a hit, needless to say. I noticed that the drill didn't fit in the toolbox, but my nephew still wanted to carry it in his hand and…

Mech. The drill requires more force than my 1 year old has just an index finger. The hammer and wrench are fine, but they're not color-coded and the bolts and screws aren't interchangeable. The small picture cards were lost very quickly. In fact, not all tools fit in a toolbox. The volume is too high. The lid has a double hinge, so closing the box is a bit more difficult than a single-hinged lid. We got this for my almost 2 year old son for Christmas - he is quite advanced and easy to play with

Pros
  • Nice packaging

  • Not bad

Drill is awesome!

I thought this would be a great toy for my 2 year old daughter who enjoys 'helping' play with instruments and her dad fixing things and I was right! She immediately had a desire to turn the gears with a drill and was so proud that she "did it myself"! Dad was happy that the drill can be turned and not only inserted, but also released at the push of a button - just like a REAL one! Mom was delighted that the drill didn't need batteries. This toy has some really cool features including two double

Doesn't work, period.

Very disappointed. The drill that is the focus of this toy does not work if you try to turn or remove one of the screws. The tip moves freely when you pull the trigger, but when you insert the tip into the screw, the gear in the drill slips, causing the forward/reverse switch to move to the mid-position between Fwd and Rev. You tried to turn (the screw or gear on the side of the toolbox) also stops. Bad practice, no fun. So it worked right away, so we ended up with either a broken or defective…
