This phone is perfect for our small office. The sound is very good and the display is easy to read. The instruction manual is a bit complicated and the buttons to set up the various functions weren't as intuitive as I expected. But with a little patience and determination I finally built it. I would definitely recommend this system. Good price and good product.

Bought for small business but returned. A few problems: (1) When playing a message from voicemail, the caller ID is not displayed, you have to remember the time, scroll back and search; (2) Instead of pressing the TALK button like other multi-line phones, you have to press LINE 1 or LINE 2, which is annoying. The other phone has a "TALK" button that takes you to the next available line; (3) average sound quality; (4) One of the headsets I received cannot be registered on the main phone.

I really like our new Vtech phone BUT I am very disappointed in the seller they sent the product with old batteries that do NOT retain their charge. Although the product manual states that handsets should last 10 hours of talk time or 10 days of standby time, we just found this out as we unplugged the handsets to make sure they couldn't be electrocuted during our use recent hurricane scare that all phones drained their batteries in less than 12 hours without a charger in standby mode (i.e. 9-10
