Good product, suitable for vinyl wrap and accessories

This product is easy to use and does the job perfectly. Excellent price. My only complaint is that it doesn't cover as much as they do, you need more to cover a small car.

Pros
  • This vinyl can be applied using 3M 94 Primer and 3M Edge Sealer, they are optional, these products will improve adhesion and extend the life of your vinyl. Sealers or primers will not strip the adhesive, warp the vinyl, or ruin the texture unlike cheaper quality vinyl.
Cons
  • unreliable

it's really very good

This is a really good product. You just need to apply it well at first time, if you keep pulling it up and try to stretch it more, the color will fade a little. But still great

Pros
  • This product features VViViD Air Release, VViViD Resist and VViViD Heat Fuse technologies to help DIYers and give the finished product a professional look. For more details on these technologies, see the product description below.
Cons
  • Obsolete

Okay I think for vinyl wrap and accessories

Don't get me wrong, this is a pretty good vinyl. However if this is your first time this is not a suitable material, it is too thick and reacts too quickly to heat leaving discolored lines if not heated properly.

Pros
  • At 3.9 mils thick, the film stretches to conform to any shape and is thick enough to minimize discoloration, stretch marks, and other visible imperfections from packing and riding.

No complaints best in External accessories

This was my first pack. I feel very comfortable and understand how things work. It was very easy for me. If you are unfamiliar with tones or paste, just take your time, you'll be fine. You can take it off and put it back on 3-5 times. I adjusted mine dry; I will try the wet method next time. This product requires a heat gun. Overall I like it, the color is spot on and it looks fantastic. Feels durable too.

Pros
  • Application: dry. Adhesive: Solvent-based, repositionable, permanent adhesive. Lifespan: This vinyl is expected to easily last 5-7 years outdoors.
Cons
  • Appearance

90% suitable for BMW i3 Blue

vinyl installed for the first time, so maybe it's me. I removed the panels from the car and finished inside. Not because it was cold in the garage or anything. The material was thicker than I expected, but I managed to convince it with a cheap Chinese heat gun someone left in my garage. I don't think it would have been possible without heat. Maybe if you had some chili powder? But then again the material is sticky and the powder will really damage your cool vinyl rig. A bit of dirt got behind…

Pros
  • This premium car film from VViViD Vinyls has been specially developed for the DIY enthusiast. Ideal for long-term fleet and motorsport use, this durable film offers a lightweight and cost-effective alternative to paint.
