Description of Walker Products 245 2045 Mass Sensor

Walker Products Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor measures the amount of air by weight through changing voltages or frequencies. MAF Sensor sends information collected to the onboard computer. The computer uses this and other inputs to calculate the correct amount of fuel delivered. Symptoms of failure MAF include poor starting, engine surging, engine stalling, a check engine light, and no-start conditions. Sensors are non-serviceable, replace sensors that are non-functional. Fit type: Vehicle Specific.

Based on my experience, this automotive sensor is impressive.It accurately measures air flow and has improved my vehicle's performance. The installation PROCESS was easy and straightforward. The only con is that it's a bit pricey compared to other options. Overall, I highly recommend this replacement part to anyone in need of a high-quality automotive sensor..

The mass air flow sensor is more like a breadboard mass air flow sensor, just received this part and.

The mass air flow sensor is more like a dummy mass air flow sensor, just got this part and installed it on my truck which caused my truck to stall almost immediately. the actual sensor giving a solid fuel correction value of 4.7, no matter what the conditions, the truck obviously cannot operate with a solid fuel correction value of 4.7. I am very dissatisfied with this product
