Description of Walker Products 245 2081 Mass Sensor

Walker Products Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor measures the amount of air by weight through changing voltages or frequencies. MAF Sensor sends information collected to the onboard computer. The computer uses this and other inputs to calculate the correct amount of fuel delivered. Symptoms of failure MAF include poor starting, engine surging, engine stalling, a check engine light, and no-start conditions. Sensors are non-serviceable, replace sensors that are non-functional. Improved My Car's Performance!

When I tried this automotive sensor, it INSTANTLY improved my car's performance. my engine ran smoother and more efficiently. The installation was also easy and straightforward. .

The second worked for a week

I had to order a replacement. The first sensor did not work - the car would not start and gave error P0103 (defective mass air flow sensor). The second sensor worked fine for a week last week and then stopped working (the car wouldn't start). Put the original sensor back, the machine runs a little rough, but at least it works. The first sensor is shown. I'm not sure how the report that came with the sensor shows that the sensor passed all tests when it wasn't working. I will come back and buy…
