Initially I liked the new oven

I bought it in June, after less than 2 months of use the inner glass cracked for unknown reasons and the next day it doesn't work at all . At first I really liked the new oven, I liked the controls and the look, but now it's completely dead.

Pros
  • very nice
Cons
  • a little change

Waring seems to be the best countertop convection oven

Large, lots of space, stainless steel construction, well made, heats up quickly, my wife loves it and in all these years this is the fourth oven we have bought to have. I might add that it doesn't have a grill. We do not require or use this function.

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • No mold required

Amazing product on convection ovens

Our only complaint has nothing to do with the machine. The first came with a bent doorknob as the packaging allows the delivery driver to place it on the hand card and the weight bends the doorknob. It was replaced with a second one and the same, but not as curved, but so much that you can't put your fingers in the middle of the handle without touching the hot door. Works great, looks nice.

Pros
  • understandable even for old people
Cons
  • almost never

put it on the stainless steel table in the kitchen.

Place it on a stainless steel table in your kitchen or business space, set the desired temperature and drive all day. My only complaint? not really. Preheating takes a long time due to lack of insulation and vacuum door. I'm currently using it at home as a stainless steel countertop oven - Pro tip: instead of adjusting the time/temp for convection, set the timer for 5 minutes preheat and roll up!

  • Quick change

Probably a great oven, very awkward packaging

The 50+ lb oven arrived with many holes in the box and a dented corner, the shipping box was not reinforced, the styrofoam was broken in several places due to it dropped during shipping. The oven was covered with cheap styrofoam pellets. For an oven that costs more than $700, Waring has to spend more money on the packaging that ensures the oven arrives safe and sound. When I turned on the oven, the fan motor was out of balance, likely due to falls and damage during shipping. I ended up buying…

Pros
  • Nice item
Cons
  • A few bits and pieces

Great little oven - Great little warranty - Excellent customer service

I don't normally leave customer reviews if the seller does what is expected of them and the product is as advertised. But almost a year later something amazing happened with that purchase and I thought you might be interested in hearing my story. I bought this oven on March 23; 2019 and we really liked its comfortable size and performance. Three weeks before the end of the one-year "limited” warranty The thermostat has failed. Suddenly the word "limited" became a defining and intimidating word.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Neutral

WARNING: VERY SOON AFTER PURCHASE AND USE THE OVEN DEVELOPED SHORTLY

This is my second oven of this brand and in the same size. The other one was about 10 years old and I left it at home when I sold it and moved. The new location has a nice, relatively new, full sized oven and hob that works well. But I missed the convenience of this item so I bought a new one. CONS: If I had known the quality wasn't what it used to be, I wouldn't order these again. First, the fan makes a lot more noise that I can't stand and so I'm losing convection. Second, the pan and grates…

Pros
  • Always liked
Cons
  • I won't say anything

High quality professional convection oven

This professional convection oven is worth the money. I opened my restaurant thirteen years ago and this is our fourth convection oven. The last two I bought were the Avantco brand from the webstaurant store and they were in the same price range as this Waring but much lower. An Avantco was so bad that the Webstaurant store gave me a full refund because the door hinges wore out in less than 6 months. My other Avantco is about 3 months old and works perfectly but has many flaws and doesn't have…

Pros
  • One year trial version
Cons
  • Available in white only
