THIS IS NOT A Face Blade Mount but is a Mid/Center Mount. I called WARN to confirm that I had ordered the wrong thrust tube assembly because Revain misnamed that listing (Revain's fault, not WARN's). After receiving this part I issued a refund because Warn provided the correct fitting instructions. After checking with a Polaris dealer, I found that the mounting position for pre-2003 Polaris Sportsman 500 ATVs is directly in front of the footrests. This mount gets the job done perfectly. The mount itself is solid and the paint seems to be holding up well. The bracket attaches to the ATV frame with two screws and a U-bolt.
