Excellent mount. Works great on Polaris XP 850

Works great on my Polaris 850 XP. I had to sand the mount to fit the winch mount. I was a bit hesitant to get a front mount but after using it I'm glad I did.

Fits very well considering I used a different brand with it.

Fits very well considering I used a different brand of mount. Installed in about half an hour, the mounting screws were tightened, but the bracket couldn't fix anything. You could just lengthen the holes a bit.

A Warn, Polaris, or KFI winch mount is required for operation.

Easy assembly with kfi cable winch. This requires use of the included mounting plate if you have a winch mount. I got it from a third party, ShopEddies. The product was a little wrinkled, they responded quickly and clarified the situation.

Very strong construction

Front attachment kit makes hooking up the plow a breeze, simply insert straight into the alignment tabs, install the pins and connect the winch cable. Not having to get under the car and fight the thrust tube makes a big difference. The only downside to this build is the line lugs and the mounts hang just enough to be exposed to rocks when riding over rough terrain. I would recommend removing the mount before riding.

I installed this mount on a Polaris 550xp, the instructions are quite confusing but fairly simple. Small screws on the sides leave a lot to be desired. I pulled mine out the first time I was plowing through 8 inches of snow. The repair consisted of some "U-nuts" and 2 #5 in 5/16 bolts. Then tighten them and the lock washers. So far so good after the repair. Next up are the lock pins You won't lose them On the pins the wire slips horribly on the back of the tongue and I'm not sure how Warne…

Appears to be very well constructed and seems to work well once fitted. Echoes of other comments: Instructions leave much to be desired. There is a super winch and mount available for my Polaris x2 550. The winch mount is about 2mm wider than the non-Polaris adapter plate, both are made out of about 3/16 steel so can't find a bigger hammer to fit it Sand the winch mount to increase clearance and make it fit, but would be better with a Warn or Polaris mount (or knew beforehand it would fit my…
