Assembly was a little tedious as the instructions were a bit off but overall the mop works great. A very worthwhile purchase and I will definitely buy it again.

The assembly instructions for the mop are very simple, with photos of the parts. The bottle is great because it can be filled with your own product, I use white vinegar and water. I have porcelain stoneware. I also like the idea that the pads are washable and reusable. The mop is light and the nozzles are wide. This works very well.

Love that you can use your own cleaner and that it comes with an extra mop head. It was very easy to assemble. The downside is that it feels cheap/ flimsy so I don't know how it will hold up over time. I like the little scraper that comes with it to clean the pads, it's a nice feature. Overall, this is a good mop for quick cleaning.

So pretty compared to walking around with a mop in one hand and a spray bottle in the other. Laminate floors can only handle a certain amount of water, and this mop sprays the perfect amount. I get lots of square feet with 1/2 bottle of vinegar and water solution. Ordered extra mop heads so I didn't have to wash them halfway through. Very happy

I LOVE this mop. I have young children who love to help around the house and earn some pocket money and this mop is MUCH easier on them than any other mop I've tried (steam mop and mop head). They actually ask me to have them wiped up! I love how you can rinse the mop head as easily as a towel so you're not just pushing a dirty rag and the sprayer works really well, misting a reasonable area and letting you control where the cleaner goes. Good product!

UPDATE - Leak got worse making it completely unusable. He gets wet on my floors. I already threw the box away so it will hurt to return it. I haven't heard from the company about this issue either. Bought this because I had a small vacuum (suitable for dusting) and a steam mop (suitable for heavy cleaning) but nothing in between. Tried it for the first time, works fine.
