I like how easy it was to set up my accounts with WasteBites as well have them keep track of all our trash pickups in one place! The customer support team has been amazing too - they are always willing answer any questions or concerns we may having about their product (or lack thereof!). There isn't anything i dislike so far but maybe if there were some more features added down the road? I like how easy it was to set up new accounts with different companies in my area! It's also very user friendly so there aren't many glitches when using this program daily or weekly as needed by our business (Ampco). The only thing we dislike about Wausbits are their customer support team - they're not always available at all times of day/night which can be frustrating if you need them immediately but will continue searching until someone answers your call.
