Not good value for spares

Well it took less than a month which is not surprising considering a quality part is around $75 which is $12 equivalent to dollars. Do yourself a favor and buy a quality part first

Pros
  • Normal price
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Works and fits exactly

Well the part fits and I think it works but my check engine light is still on for this part. But that doesn't mean it's the bad part. My car has several problems. Although it seems to be working correctly.

Pros
  • Good workmanship
Cons
  • Almost ok

Frustrated - Engines & Engine Parts

I purchased this n75 valve for my 2004 Audi a4 1.8t on March 2nd 2020, installed it on my car and received code p0299. Boost characteristic was not fulfilled on the ECU. ripped my intake runner twice while checking for leaks/loose clamps. The product was defective from the packaging. something like that happens. When I took it off (inlet hose twisted and pulled) one of the nipples burst. Installed my old block and the code doesn't exist. Probably got a bad IDK.

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

I received an overboost code with OEM N75, had a misjump, replaced the original OEM with this one, the spikes went away but then got an underboost code. Well after replacing many other parts, the changeover valve, the map sensor, checking the turbo itself, checking for leaks and the boost code still the same. I went back to this N75 valve, pulled the original from the car junkyard. Replaced this with an OEM junk yard and right away I could tell the boost was back, after about 50 miles the check

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • No paint required
