Availability This case is not waterproof although it is made of vinyl and not nylon fabric like the others. In very light rain it stays dry inside, but in any heavy rain, even if it's not heavy, it gets very wet inside. It comes with a yellow tarpaulin (which fits well and keeps the rain out) but it also comes with nylon bags (at least some) so it has no advantage.
