Non-durable canvas material.

I bought it because it was described as a canvas backpack. I thought it was thick canvas and durable. However, when I received it the quality of the material was not what I would describe as canvas. It wouldn't hold what I need the bag for. I travel a lot for work and this bag wouldn't last long. It can be good for light use and light items.

The good old backpack: backpacks

I really like this bag. Needed a new one for work and trips after my last backpack was stolen. The water resistance is very comfortable to the touch. Lots of room in a large bag, I usually have a small emergency repair kit and extra clothes. When you fold your clothes properly, you can fit more. Straps are good and easy to adjust. I really like the color I bought it in (green with brown straps), looks dated.

Great backpack for everyday backpacking

Backpack arrived quickly and well assembled. Not heavy waxed canvas so we'll see. Plenty of room for my bushcraft set of rubber blanket, rope, lighter, steel bottle and bowler hat, knife, saw etc and more room. The front velcro closes well and the magnets on the buckle hold well. I even managed to attach a wool blanket to the straps to hang underneath. All packed and ready to use, we will update this review after field use.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities

  • Definitely bad product

Tons of space and quality done. Product Top notch

First impressions are great. The bag looks great and feels like a quality product. Definitely worth the cheap price. I haven't fully tested it yet, but I'm going to the airport for a 2 week trip (drive/hike/national park/sightseeing). If anything changes I will update the review. But I have high hopes. I'm comfortable in my back, even when it's full. As you can see from the photos, it seems larger inside than outside (Time Lord technology). I fit all my electronics/travel gear (pros…

Great backpack, flat pocket for water bottles.

All in all this backpack was my favorite backpack I have ever bought. There are just a few things I don't like. I work as an armed security guard at a nuclear power plant and overall I like the weight of this backpack. It's very light and even quite full, it doesn't weigh down my gun belt. I usually carry a laptop, a regular book, a Switch Lite and emulator console (along with their chargers), a full-size spray can, and a light windbreaker. All these things fit very well in this backpack…

Not bad but has its own characteristics.

I bought this bag to replace the bag I've been using for almost 2 decades. For $40 I wasn't expecting to get a top quality bag and neither should you. This is good and does the job well, but there are limitations and quirks that you should be aware of before you pull the trigger. Space: The most obvious thing about any bag is space, and this bag has plenty of that. As a college student, I had no problem carrying everything I needed with me and easily had room for 4 or 5 textbooks in addition to
