Description of 🌀 Wathai 92mm x 38mm 12V High Airflow Fan with Dual Ball 90mm, High Speed Pressure Cooling Fan - DC

The performance fan PWM version is ideal for high efficiency case, radiator and CPU cooling as well as other applications that require both extended performance headroom and PWM for speed control. This fan have high air pressure allowing for a direct and focused airflow making them ideal for the densely packed fins of a radiator. Ball Bearing, longer lifespan. High Speed: This model is designed to maximize airflow and can be too loud at full speed for some applications . The reverse design of the fan frame makes the air volume more concentrated and the air volume is farther away. Great fan and just as loud as all the other ones when the speed is controlled. Below 2000 RPM they push much more air than silent fans at the same speed with no noticiable difference in sound level. It works like a charm. 92 x 92 x 38 mm ( 3.62 x 3.62 x 1.5 in. ) | Rated Voltage :12V | Rated Current: 1A | Airflow: 117 ±10%CFM | Power: 12W | Speed: 5800 RPM

Custom 3-pin Best in Computers & Accessories

I wasn't really paying attention when I bought this fan as I didn't realize it didn't have a standard PC fan connector. Even after removing the wires from the wrong connector they came with, they didn't fit into the actual fan connector because they were too big to fit. The only way to use this fan was to use jumpers to connect it to a power supply. When it's on it's a leaf blower, lots of noise and airflow. But it can be controlled with a fan controller. However, please note that this is NOT a

Maximum airflow in a compact package!

My God! This fan is simply a BEAST, exactly what I was looking for! I needed a fan this compact to move as much air as possible and this thing does a great job! Crazy airflow, but also insanely loud. Noise has nothing to do with my application, but wanted you to know that it's the exact opposite of silence. Just received but very impressed so far. Will update with durability over time.

Holy shit, that's strong. not as loud as the reviews say about

First of all the thing is mega powerful, this is no ordinary case fan, it moves a lot more air than you think for its size and only 12V, it's by far not as quiet as a regular case fan, it also probably moves air 10x faster. it will make some noise, but not louder than what you have on your TV. I would compare it to an old Comair Rotron Tarzan fan, just a miniature.

Darwin Award: Case Fan

I thought I'd try to win the Darwin Award today. I cut the +/- wires and crimp some connectors, connect them to a 12v battery to test the fan's performance. I highly recommend not turning on this fan unless it is installed or you at least have a fan guard installed. Everything was fine until I had to unplug the connectors and I didn't have enough hands to do that. I put a fan on the counter and this fan definitely won't stay in place when you let go of it. Now I have two broken fan blades and…

The beast! Computer Components

Replaced the NZXT Kraken G12 fan with this monster for VRM and Ram cooling on my 5700xt and 360mm AIO/CLC for GPU cooling. My 5700xt Raw II used to heat up to 85-95 degrees Celsius and now gets to 45 degrees on moderate use and 65 on heavy use. My stock MSI 3060ti (new egg beater) with 4k60 heavy use only gets to 70.

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons
  • High price

Big static air pressure for a small cooler.

This fan replaced the 92mm x 14mm fan on my NH-L9x65-SE-am4. Loud at 3400 rpm. Even louder at 5900 rpm. However, since the case is 6 feet away and stored in an open back PC case, noise at 3000-4500 RPM is tolerable. But it keeps temperatures below 70C at 80% load.

High flow for a small fan

Exactly what I was looking for. I bought and tried a few fans and also one off the shelf because I knew there had to be one in this size range that would be able to cool SSR 40 (I have a bigger one to cool triple 50a) . This little fan is the real deal. I don't even notice or care about the noise, as long as it keeps the SSR cool it's golden. It's also the right size to fit right under the SSR and shrink into the box. Now I can stop buying fans for a while.
