Guards against excessive pressure in water, oil or air systems used in commercial, residential or industrial applications, including fire protection systems. All-brass construction features an NPT threaded male inlet and NPT threaded female (drain) outlet connections; a stainless-steel spring; a brass bonnet; a Buna-N disc and a Buna-N O-ring. Calibrated adjustment feature sets valve to the required relief pressure. Maximumpressure is 300 psi (20.67 bar); adjustable range is 50 to 175 psi (3.45 to 12.06 bar). Size is 3.8 x 2.3 x 1.5 inches.

Unreliable relief valve for fittings

This product failed on me during installation causing unnecessary headaches. The material quality is subpar and not suitable for industrial and scientific use.

Pressure Relief Valve

Extremely fast delivery. pressure game. The markings may not match the actual pressure required to open the valve, but it's close enough. I can finally relax because I could easily adjust it to the range I needed.

Used to replace the 75 pound pressure relief valve installed by Ryland Homes on the borough's water supply, which a borough official says can withstand up to 100 psi can. Every time I started the Rainbird system, the old faucet on the main from the street would open and not close. When I was absent, the water flowed onto the street.
