Phenomenal Wi-Fi signal

House now has an excellent signal in all rooms. All Rokus work better at once. The instructions are easy to follow, although I haven't found any information on how to secure the mesh extender signal, which seems important.

Definitely not worth the money

I ordered this and received it on April 19, 2020. It's pretty easy to set up, but I've never gotten much for improved WiFi, but since everyone was home I figured a little was better than nothing. However, after 3 months the 1st device stopped working and the 2nd device is blinking and probably will not work either.

One unit has failed in Whole Home & Mesh Wi-Fi systems

One unit has failed after 4 months, let's see how well the providers support. This is not the seller, they are fine. I will update the information after you contact me within 24-48 hours. Emails keep going back to the support group until I update something good. Update, they refund money as there was no other unit. I'll replace them with something else.

Bad signal - do not buy

Bad signal. didn't work for me. This actually made the internet signal slower and worse. Unfortunately, my timer ran out and I'm stuck with it. I can't return it. I do not recommend. I have a Netgear Orbi (more expensive) but my problem is solved.

Great extension and customer service

This network system works great and is pretty easy to set up. All of this mesh is great, it really adds a huge range to a one story home. Customer service is great for this product, I recently had an issue with my router and got a response within 2 hours! Overall this is a nice little kit with lots of range expansion and customer service.

Buy something better.

While this definitely increases the range and was easy to set up, there are times when the connection drops while my other router continues to function normally. The main disadvantage is that it has no cable. This means that if your plug is hanging too low on the wall, your signal is likely to be poor.

Good price and design.

The devices were excellent in terms of price and portability. Unfortunately, where I needed the grid to work, there were too many walls between the blocks, so the signal wasn't as good as expected.
