I like how it can be customized depending upon your needs as well as having multiple options available when looking at billing codes/coding reports etc. It's still not perfect but they are constantly improving their product so there will always come improvements! Easy navigation between our billing software (Medisoft) as well as insurance carriers via this program. It's also easy to upload claims data into MediSoft using their interface! I wish there was an option within WF4/WF5 where we could sync up directly from my calendar instead of having 2 separate programs open at once - but it works great when everything needs attention immediately after hours are over anyway :) Not much dislike about anything here. I love how fast our billing gets done! We are able fix problems before we get paid instead making up charge errors which leads us losing money at end month!! It's great though because it fixes those mistakes so quickly - makes sure nothing falls through cracks anymore.
