This little device works great. This is necessary when working with hydraulic brakes. The hose cutter is very sharp. The push pin for attaching the hose barb works very well.

Aluminum is a neat little tool. Clamps and drivers work smoothly and simply install the needle to install a new brake. The cutter seems to work well and isn't flimsy, but I haven't used it yet. Note that the blade in the cutter has a sharp edge on the inside of the tool, so you'll need a small allen wrench to turn it.

I'm always hesitant to buy bike tools that aren't made by a big name, but I took a chance by choosing this one. Used it last night to install a new TRP brake kit and to my surprise it works great. For a tool I will only use occasionally this is perfect and the aluminum should last for years. Definitely recommend it for the average home bike mechanic.
