It's a good concept but the cuts aren't that clean, the blade doesn't always reach the ends of the larger banner. My blade snapped so I had to replace it, but after one use the blade dulled and broke again. This little cutter is great! I bought this to make quick banners for a promo shoot and was able to cut and die cut 24 pennants in less than 15 minutes. It's pretty easy to use and understand. The only two negatives are the strength of the blade and the way the blade is stored. The blade and blade body slide out of the cutting groove and are stored in a small raised section in the middle of the board, making them easy to pop out and not recommended to be left near children. I really wanted to like this product but there are a few things that put me off at the moment. Firstly, and this is the biggest thing, I've cut 5 banners in total with it and the blade is already wearing down the edges of my paper. And guess what? There are no official replacement blades (at the time of writing this article). You can find them on scrapbook.com, but they're not an official WRMK product and they're $5 each! However.
