Works great for its product. However, the pillow boxes she makes are very, very small. Most pillow boxes are at least 5-6 inches wide, although this is only half the width (which is fixed). I wish I hadn't torn up the package like that because I would be sending it back. I gave four stars because the description is correct, the shipping was flawless and the product works well for its intended purpose but not for what I need it for. It would have been five stars easily if it had been wider.
