Weaver Leather Browband Headstall for Working Tack with Buckle Bit Ends, 5/8 Review

I love the look of this bridle. This is excellent value for money. The leather is very soft and durable. I assume it will hold up well to everyday use.

This headrest is very soft but not flimsy. The loops on the leash are reinforced and will last for decades with good care. I use a Myler Combo Bar and this browband will be too long for my horse. I have an Allen Ranch headrest that is quite short. I can go back but really don't want to as it's a really working headrest without the tough leather.

I have to say I have never felt such soft and supple harness leather. It's better than most of my other bridle leather gear. The leather is supple, the edges are smooth and there is no break-in period - it feels like I've owned and cared for it for years. No scuffs or scrapes. I was hesitant to buy this because it was a harness leather and I expected it to be stiff, rough and dry (I know it's a harness leather!).
