Faulty design

The loom arrived with a handwritten note inside advising that a key piece was broken and the parts supplied did not match the pre-drilled holes. It turned out that another customer had returned this faulty item which had not been opened and inspected before it was resent. I am returning the loom for a refund.

Good loom but not the best quality

I really liked this loom at first. Easy to use and set up, it folds away when not in use. However, after about a month of owning it, one of the notches or ridges on the top broke in half when I wasn't even using it, so I can't complete a major project now. I'm very disappointed with this as it was a lot of money for me to buy my own loom. The second neckline looks like it's torn as well, so I'm frustrated that it started breaking after just a month of use.

Good product but make sure the hedge between the gaps is not sanded enough

Great product. A bit pricey but worth it. My only complaint is that the first hedge I received wasn't sanded properly and the twine/thread kept snagging. In addition, the comb completely broke in half. They sent me a new hedge but I had to ship it myself with a nail file because it kept getting stuck all the time. No new comb was ever sent, just a "new" fence. Other than that, it's a great buy. Maybe I'm just unlucky?
