Letter fell off the sticker

I've done this several times for different cars - so I know how to apply these letters. I follow the instructions on the tee and have the necessary tools and products to change the letter. I installed these letters the next day and drove 110 miles to my north house. I noticed that the letter "0" had fallen off the adhesive that was stuck to the hood of the car.
