The application does not work. Locking function cannot be used

The box itself is not that bad. The back is heavyweight card stock and is expected to be the same material as the rest of the box. My big problem is that I can't get the app to work to login and use the keyboard. I would return this item if I could. I missed the returns window because I couldn't set it up right after delivery. After 2 months I was able to set it up and found this problem. The application is an integral part of this functionality.

Dynamic Passcode

Installation is easy. The box looks and feels very solid. The dynamic password technology is very impressive. This is the same technology for most online banking services. The application generates different access codes each time. It's so convenient. You can generate an access code thousands of miles from the office. The dynamic password technology is really top notch. At first I thought that the device needs to be connected to the internet to sync the passcode. But the seller told me that itโ€ฆ

Not strong but just what I needed. Instructions and app require editing

The carton construction is not strong. It is not for storing valuables. Fixing to the wall with 3 screws on the back of the box. It looks very nice and doesn't go far off the wall. Note that the locking mechanism also requires some assembly. There are 2 lock keys and it requires 2 AA batteries. My main issue with the product was that the instructions for use are not very good. It took me a while to figure out that to sign up you first enter your email address and press a button and it generates
