A lot of people complain about the gauge malfunction. If you register your product on the Weight Safe website after purchase. You get lifetime coverage for the device. In general, the hitch is comfortable. The pins fit snugly in the clutch and rattle a little, but you don't really notice it. I would like it in black, that's all.

I like it that far. So far I've only used it for one ride when I went to the lake on our jet skis. Customization was a breeze. I'll be taking our UTV to the mountains in a couple of weeks and then we'll see. I highly recommend. I use this with my 2017 Ram 2500 Power Wagon (stock).

I'm paranoid about proper trailer balancing so scales are great. Better than stand alone scales which I have not used due to the inconvenience. I frequently haul 12,000 loads with drawbar weights of up to 2,000,000 while eliminating the coupling between loads. Very glad I got it without the weights instead of the cheaper heavy steel. Hope the balance holds.

great with this hitch the weight of your hitch I just bought a new truck to tow my 28ft trailer and I needed to upgrade the hitch for more adjustability, I needed at least 8 inches Slope and this tow set works like a charm, it's aluminum so it dents when your guide tells you to go way back and you come in contact with it! .

This product is great! The machining tolerances are tight. I like the fact that there is only one ball in play. A flip-style ball gives you a few extra inches under the clutch that can drag ground in hilly conditions. Make sure you order a truck receiver lock kit that already has a key that matches the hitch adjustment lock so you don't have two separate keys. BEST TRAILER HITCH I EVER HAVE! Great design, not too flashy and locking pins that use box keys so they don't break. Tighten 2014 stock Height F350 Crew Long Box. Cannot drop more than 8" with standard truck. I left 10" clearance to ground with no load/trailer. Would have been better to use 6" folding stock" lift with 2 size larger tires . (In other words, the truck is raised 3.5 inches, resulting in a 60-inch platform railing at the rear, which is the maximum for towing a fifth wheel bike).

This is the namesake, the gauge installation is problematic and should be left out of the design stating it is the full 2.5 inch size for my class v -Towbar is available. Good strong design with good height adjustment. The cross pins are aluminum and it was a red flag. But I tested them and they are 7075 aluminum. That's 80 percent stronger than regular aluminum, so that's good. But the ball pin is also aluminum , I substituted to 316 ss. It was pretty easy to do. The price seems high but is…
