💇 Wella Color Tango Hair Developer 6 Volume, 2oz: Enhance Your Hair Color with Professional Precision Review

Holy miracle. I say that because I dyed my hair 3 times with volume 20 (wella), didn't take hair all 3 times. 6 volumes of application took only my hair. The well-known pregnant woman tried to lighten her hair two shades and couldn't get rid of the orange tones. I used an ashy tone twice to neutralize the copper and nothing. I switched developers and used the same products and got the color I was looking for and let's not forget the $2!

I used a hair color product to go with this developer when it first closed here in the US. and I couldn't go to a barber shop to get my regular 6R or 6RR (Redkin). This developer definitely wasn't enough. The bottle is too small and I also had to use a different developer to get the color I wanted.

I mixed 2 of these with 2 light red Wella Color Tango 8R. I bleached my hair over the summer and hoped the color would hold up, but it didn't cover very well on bleached hair. Virgin hair was fine, but I had a line between bleached hair and virgin hair.

I tend to think that what I received is not genuine. I use a 6 volume developer to apply a dark brown color to my medium brown "natural" hair. It looked good when mixed but soon there was a VERY ammonia smell - I've never had Color Tango, even at higher volumes (I've used 10 and 20 volumes in the past before finding 6).
